You could make a case for JMU not to fill the job permanently and just wait for Cignetti to come back after he gets fired by Indiana in 2025 after consecutive 2-10 seasons.
JMU is an interesting coaching search. They have a great foundation to build off from from Cignetti. They're probably not bringing in a big coaching name or hot commodity cooridinator, but I think they're success over the last 5-10 years should be enough to bring in a very very good coach.
Sad to see this! Bohl transitioned NDSU from Division II to those 3 consecutive FCS championships -- he built that program. He was respectable at Wyoming, too -
