We are at 20 scholarship adds for 2021 after including Senn and Burns. We should be able to add 5 more in 2021 before we reach the 25 man annual cap. Assuming everyone is coming back this summer, we are on track to have 89 scholarship players this fall which is 4 over the normal limit of 85. Usually there are a few departures, so we shall see. For 2021 - because all players were given an extra year of eligibility there effectively is no scholarship limit this year. Not sure if the NCAA has perfected their rules on this, but that what the current situation seems to be, no cap.

We need to take advantage of this extra scholly loophole now. With that said I wouldn't be surprised one bit if we grabbed a QB ready to play NOW.

Are we done? After the recent wr commit are we still pursuing Anthony? McDougle I'm guessing is being sought possibly because the staff would like to see Quay Evans get a little closer to 300lb as a DT though he was offered by P5 programs?

I believe at one point he was alternating series at Avon Old Farms with T Phom, it appears he is going to Penn State as a QB.
