Can someone explain why PC and Northeastern are ranked ahead of UConn? Even BU is iffy. Is it just name recognition among the voters?

It was my own brain fart for looking at just league results rather than overall. Pairwise made that clear pretty quickly.

Way before my time and unclear how The Five Satins are related to hockey, but I'll go with either Hamden or New Haven. New Haven Arena? Recently, I read the lead singer, Hamden-native Fred Parris, passed on in January.

presumably, women's hockey at #11 was intended. don't forget women's lax #23.

I didn’t realize woman‘s hockey was ranked. I thought I checked it and it was sitting just outside the rankings. And I don’t follow lacrosse at all.

But that just makes it all the cooler doesn’t it? Five ranked programs at the same time? That’s just amazing!

There are only 41 teams in Women’s NCAA D1 hockey, so they only do a top ten. They are ranked 11th out of those 41 however. Their Pairwise rank is also 11.
