Brendan Heatherman JR 6'4'' 240lb DE/TE from Stafford VA secured an offer today during his UConn visit. Heatherman also has offers from App. St, Army, Charlotte, Wofford, William & Mary, Richmond, Penn and Youngstown State and he recently visited both Temple and Syracuse.

It would be nice to see our first commit be a TE given our glaring need and ergo, fantastic opportunity. This seems like the kind of guy we would have a good shot at.

Looks like we are recruiting Frank Gore JR. - RB down in Miami and it looks like Darius Butler just gave a plug for Jr to bring that running game to UConn. I think its notable that Randy and DDC both gave Darius' post a like. Randy's watching that twitter feed.
