I need an education on why kids make choices. Some here say it's relationships built with the coaches recruiting them. Some say it's the name on the jersey.

We don't qualify for the name on the jersey part, but what about the relationships? Who on the Clemson staff has the inroads in CT? It may be Don Brown with Michigan, but what about Penn State?
