Do you know how many seniors/rs seniors UH graduated. Are they replacing a large outgoing crew?
Per their website & roster from last year, it looks like they only lost 14 Seniors. Not sure about any transfers or notable early departures but they're up to 14 total 2018 commits now

I really don't know where Houston is getting these scholarships, unless they were under the limit before this year. They had a small senior class and are already starting to approach 20 commits, sitting at 16 currently

If Phillip Montgomery stays at Tulsa a few more years they're going to wind up being really good and maybe even challenge for that NY6 slot. Nice pickup from Blinn College:
