Scout analysis:

Evaluation: Holmes is a massive hog in the trenches that suits up at offensive guard on the high school level, so he won't need to go through a position change over a year from now. Holmes must continue to work on his pass protection and pad level, but is an aggressive and powerful kid that engulfs his opponent in a hurry. He doesn't hold much bad weight, but needs to get stronger and tighten up his frame as well.

Pretty amazing catch for the staff. He already has great size. He may actually get playing time this year. Never ideal to play a true frosh OL, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

Richardson already making an impact...nice to see these Florida recruits again!

Their staff may be a bit taller but ours looks more jacked. Love this staff!

VERY IMPRESSIVE PICK - The highest demand player I can remember

David Benedict may win AD of the year for all that is happening. I never saw this kind of positive movement happening and proves one should never say never. I am delighted with all that is happening. With the new staff and recruiting surge, I couldn't be happier.

You joke, but we'll probably see a 6th & even 7th lineman lined up at TE a dozen times this year. Malzahn has even lined them up outside the hashes before.
