UConn'a recruiting sucks and UConn sucks. Alabama has had the #1 class the last 5 years. Would you say they have been bad @ football during that time?

All the more reason star ratings are a joke. These kids are only acknowledged if they're playing for a big time program.

Presumably I am an employee at will. I am free to entertain and even pursue offers. Conversely, being an employer at will my employment can be terminated at any time should business dictate. I really don't see the analogy holding up.

No termination for Union or Government Employees.
