Awake now 4:39 after a great dinner at Stella Dorro in Middletown last night with my wife and 2 other friends/couples. Got home at 9:15 so didn’t look at my phone or let my buddy who was driving, turn the game on. They stayed for a couple more beers as I watched the game, fast forward in hand. I never caught up to “live” but was done with it only a few minutes after it ended. We had quite a few before, during and after so I may just have to check it out again now!! Nice win no matter!

My daughter has a 6:15am elementary school hockey game. Luckily they don’t make us get there an hour early for warm ups but I always have the fear of oversleeping for these early ones. It’s torture some days but she loves it and it’ll all be worth it when she’s playing at Toscano in 10 years! No pressure…

Awesome. My sister is going back to Tokyo in a couple of weeks. We all, 3 siblings, think back very fondly on those years. Unfortunately I didn't do a lot of traveling back then so I didn't see much of the rest of Japan - being a college student and considering how expensive it is/was. At dive bar Gas Panic where my brother used to work, a simple draft beer was $10 even way back then!
