Bottom 5th, Gallagher faces the minimum with the aide of an inning ending double play. 2-0 UConn. Gallagher at 86 pitches, I suspect he will go one more inning.

Top 6th, UConn goes down in order, the Seton Hall pitcher has retired 8 in a row.

Bottom 6th, the UConn infield turns its second double play of the game as Gallagher faces the minimum. 2-0 UConn.

Ian Cooke was warming up that inning.

Listening to the Seton Hall broadcast on Flosports. All I can say is oy vey.

Top 7th, Ben Huber with a leadoff double. Fedko with a 1 out sac fly to make it 3-0 UConn.

Chris Jones has been commenting all through this series on how difficult it is to score runs in this ballpark, between the huge outfield and the wind constantly blowing in.

Bottom 7th, Ian Cooke coming in to pitch.

Bottom 7th, Cooke gets out of a jam and records a scoreless inning. Get a big break when a batted ball hits a base runner for the second out. 3-0 UConn.

People don’t realize how lucky we are… I listen to a lot of college baseball streams over the year. It’s not even close to comparison to Chris Jones.
We really are extremely lucky to have Chris Jones, he’s a pro and so good at what he does. One of the best in all of college baseball

Bottom 9th, with runners on 2nd and 3rd with 1 out, Cooke is taken out of the game, Brendan O'Donnell comes in to pitch.

Bottom 9th, O'Donnell gets a strikeout for the 2nd out, and an error on Stock on a fly ball brings in 2 runs, 3-2 the score, runner on 2B. Justin Willis coming into the game to try to get the final out.

.-.
Presumably the drop by Stock, who has had a rough go of it in the outfield recently.
That’s correct. I recognize that the ball kept fading away from Stock and it looked like a challenging angle but that’s one u gotta have. Didn’t matter in the end tho!
