Every team experiences a losing streak at some point during the season. UConn has hit a bump in the road last weekend and tonight. They just will need to turn it around tomorrow at UMass.
 
For the comments that say it's fine that they are on a three game loosing streak it's not with this loss they are going to fall out of the bubble. This is cavs fault he is not firing them up enough. At this point I would start taking away something like their players lounge pull a geno. Geno did that a long time ago when his team was struggling and it worked is team got hot!

If you need to be told by your coach to get fired up for a late February game you should not be playing college hockey

It has nothing to do with being “fired up” UConn has just run into two teams the last two weeks who are currently playing their A games. UConn will be ok. Just go to UMass and win tomorrow.

Well it seems like they don't care if they make the NCAA tournament at a large bid. This is fully on the coach he one isn't changing the lines. And putting up the npi isn't making a difference. So he needs to do something. At this point it might be a short season if they don't win the hockey east championship!

I have never left a game with that much time still on the clock, but the fourth goal drove me to the exit.

I joined you... Cav has 2 more years on contract too... Time for Benedict to make DC at least coach through a complete contract.. No more midterm extensions!

Never a good sign when a team scores from BEHIND OUR NET.
Despite that, Moose played fairly well and we must have shanked on at least two or 3 shots where there was a half open net. And that puck that hit off their goalies glove that tricked in alow motion and hit the post. Just a lot of bad signs this wasnt our night.
And the constant passing from the slot area to set up some one timer from a difficut side angle. Enough already

Same. Once it got to 4-1 i was racing out of there. If the game was in Hartford i would have stayed because the drive home is a third of what it is from Toscano.
 
I don’t consider making the finals in HE Tourney twice in the last 4 years 2 steps forward and one step back. The teams we’re up against are not a bunch of cupcakes. Look around the league boys, #s1, 2, &3 all lost tonight. Let’s fire all 3 coaches and be done with it! Off with their heads!!!

We are down to 15 and UMass is up to 18.
Weve been saying it for two weekends now but Sat night is a huge game.

The pregame music volume is ridiculous. You have to yell to be heard by the person next to you. 6-8-2 at home this year also blows.

Based on the evenings results, even with the loss PC has clinched the number one seed and at worse, a tie for first if they don’t win another game.
 
Finishing up a ski day at Bromley in VT with a little pit stop at the Mullins Center on the way back to CT. God, we need this so badly tonight. Hopefully the road dogs bark once again…
