Nice to win when you dont play close to your A game.
Up to 12 in NPI. Win tomorrow and lets kick some BC ass next Saturday in a packed Peoples Bank

Good conference win in one of the most difficult barns to play at. I am just really happy I can watch these games with the volume on the tv turned on. The announcers are by far the best in HE. It is clear who they are routing for, but they always give credit when credit is due to the visitors.

Incredible defense tonight, certainly was needed after wasting 5 PPs. Haven't given up a goal in 7 periods.
Maine was equal to the task at 0-5 as well, The puck was especially bouncy the whole game and led to a lot of fanned shots and hops over sticks. Ice can actually be too hard sometimes and take away from the precision of the game.

The game at Alfond was played with great pace and ferocity though. A lot of fun to watch. In between periods we switched over to the Dartmouth vs Yale game and it felt like they were playing on molasses. It looked so much slower, though Dartmouth does play a heavy style with big bodies in their lineup.

Agreed, we very much enjoyed the announcer crew - top notch - even the fuzzy young guy wearing a thin suit in the student section 🧔🏻‍♂️.
