It's not the cable. The phone won't even notice the attempt to charge. I've tried to "blow out" the charger port, and replace the cable - no luck.

I use AT&T but I have no interest in driving 30 min to buy an iPhone without signing a contract or changing carrier.

What is the easiest way to replace an iPhone w/AT&T as a carrier? I'll even change carriers if it can be done seamlessly online.

I just bought an iPhone 16 online, with reward points I received as a retirement gift. It’s pretty easy to activate, so I’m told. It’s being delivered tomorrow, so I’ll know if it’s really that easy then. I’m retiring my iPhone 10. You just have to buy a phone that can be activated with your carrier. The one I bought is good for several different carriers.

I'm curious what your interest in this is? Is your phone old/dying?
Nope, when you’re told your idea is wrong by 5 different people, you want to see if you’re right. Simple ego lol

My phone charged, which is exactly why I made the post. Right now I'm a happy little camper, but I was hoping to help you out a little bit with whatever your problem is.

You've seen me thrilled that my solution fixed my problem. So I just thought I'd ask you to see if this or anything else could help YOU.

My apologies for offering to help.

At the risk of missing some sarcasm, no need for apologies lol I’m a happy camper myself
