Wow, BC’s defense block everything. This certainly has been a good battle. Overtime here we come. Let’s go Huskies!!!!

once again fail to perform in front of a big crowd

If this team fails to make the ncaas their record in Hartford will be the reason why so I better not hear the belly aching about Toscano.

Well it was a tough weekend for UConn. BC is really starting to dial in their game. UConn will just need to get back after it in practice and get ready for next weekend. They got this.

Blaming the arena is stupid, they got outplayed the building has no bearing on the outcome, congrats on your personal victory.

Sometimes you just get outplayed, sometimes you get out talented, and sometimes it’s a little of both. I think it was a little of both this weekend.

Funny. People blamed our poor first season at Toscano on the building being cursed.

It’s not blaming the building. It’s just a statement of the facts. They went 0-3-1 there and it could be very costly.

It’s really our home record overall that’s a problem. 6-6-2 at home. 10-2-2 0n the road. 1-0 on neutral ice. Make it make sense.

Win or lose, 3-on-3 pond hockey overtime sucks. As I’ve said ad nauseum, 5-on-5 or no OT (3 points to the winner, one each for a tie).

Thankfully, we don’t do 3-on-3 in basketball, 7-on-7 in football, or 2 outfielders/3 infielders in baseball.

the first period makes me want to ise my lawyers and sue the god damn league and mwke sure we get all phone correspondence between refs ans HE commisioner.
More important than Savannah Guthries mom

This game was a frustrating game between the refs screwing us every time they could get which one power play led to a goal. But you can't blame the refs all together we had plenty of chance to take the lead either they hit the post or passed it up instead of shooting the puck. Or even worse wiffed on it. Cav needs to find a way to spark this team. All of a sudden Muldoney is cold and Richard only had one goal this weekend. The only line that's buzzing is Blaise and shahan at times. But you can't rely on just one or two lines. And the only thing that was good tonight is our defense. Like last night we had crappy defense but we're still able to score two goals!

We had a tough match up for the OT too. It's a man on man situation and you need size and speed. And speed is more important than size. I think we have decent speed and now we have to start recruiting more size. Also,we're getting gassed in the third period. This is a conditioning problem? What gives with that?

The 1st period was the most terribly officiated period in my entire HE memory. Richard was victimized twice.
To quote an old tennis hothead -“you can’t be serious “…
on to Umass.

Currently 14th in NPI

Would mean North Dakota in Sioux Falls, SD

Cannot have a team outside of the top 16 to win a conference tournament in Hockey East, ECAC, Big Ten, or NCHC

Well the good news UConn is at 14 in the npi after dropping to 15 after today's game. UConn better thank the teams behind us for beating some teams in front of us!
