That shot reminded me of Sue Birds Big East Championship game at Gampel at half against ND then to top that she made the game winner.
Not to take away from McPhee she was terrific, 17 first half points. She appeared the be the ONLY Stanford player--playing BB seriously. Too bad she is a Uconn type kid.

Saw the same thing... not a great game to watch. For 2 teams ranked so high in early season polls I expected much more. But then again, 2 historically strong programs playing each other is better than some of the cupcakes other high ranked teams played last night.

Gabby will go 1,2,3--smart Gm's will opt for Gabby, smarter ones will steal her at 3. In the WNBA Gabby will show the folly of Aj'a or Mitchell's choice. Make not mistake both are very good, but not a versatile and cannot plug as many holes a Gabby.

Well, one mistake I will not make is making sure I tune into the Stanford game wearing my Husky outfit. What a way to spend a sunday.
