Kitties have scored four points in the second.

Perhaps they will revert to their season performance in three-point shooting and turnovers. They did play an amazing first quarter. The second not so much

Man...Arizona can look really good, and then they can have stretches where they just cannot put the ball in the basket. 4th quarter against Wazzu was terrible. They were in that mode most of Q2 just now.

I have not seen this many turnovers since I coached junior high girls. Ugly. Sorry that WBB fans around the country had to watch this. (although I’m guessing most have turned the dial)

Well that is the upper half of Pac-12 basketball. Is the rest of the nation scared.:). You should see the bottom half.

Has Oregon ever scored less than 40 in the modern era? Seriously.

Addendum: broke 40!

I was really hoping for an entertaining, well played game. This is not it. Arizona is playing ugly, and Oregon is just atrocious. Ugh.

Well you had to figure Arizona isn't really as bad as they looked against Stanford, and there's no way Oregon is as bad as they look tonight.

First time I have seen AZ. Their defensive intensity is very high, even in the blowout. Very UConn like.

Oregon about to have as many losses in conference this year as the 2 previous seasons combined, with quite a few games left.

The D wasn't at this level earlier in the season, but it's coming around. If their offense ever catches up, they'll be really dangerous.

57-41 final. Terrible shooting by both teams, but Oregon's 23 TOs and a 26-10 pts off TOs advantage for Arizona are the story of the game.

Could it be, is Oregon St. actually going to play a game this week against Arizona? Beavs haven't played since 12/19.

32% from the field, 3-11 from three, 8- 15 FT, 23 TO’s. Just an all around s*** show.
First loss to AZ in last 10 games... ouch.
This is where Kelly Graves earns his paycheck... getting these kids heads screwed back on going forward. Love my Ducks, though. More season to go (we hope). ASU game postponed

Floridaduck or anyone else, Who is the leader on the team? And why is Shelley (bad passer) and Mikesell even out there. Should the rotation tighten up but again who is stepping up?

The leadership issue has been unclear since the start of practice IMO. Veterans Boley and Chavez would be logical candidates but Boley is shy and cerebral, Chavez sporadic. Not Sabally, not Prince, not Giomi. Dugalic and Watson are fine supporting players but... waiting for Paopao or Scherr or Parrish to mature into the role is my guess. (We were so spoiled for four years🙂)

Graves post game said he has not had a team look that bad since he coached in community college. Said a kids sports team (that is a grade school team club sport) could in bounds the ball better. Said it was "Nice it was on national tv too" Said players played scared,

Boley not the personality type to do so. Chavez has not stepped up. Mikesell and Shelley just bug the heck out of me when they are on the floor.

More from Graves: "If we play like this we’re not going to win another game all year. That’s the honest truth. We can’t be great front-runners…We’ve got to be better than that. We’ve got to be able to win tough, hard-nosed, drag-out games, and we played young today."

Wow. Tip my hat to Arizona. Putting together another nice solid season. Oregon definitely looking like a young squad. Always love the press conferences. Just to get some insight on what the coaches were thinking and their views of the game. Happy Birthday, Coach KG.
