My fondest memory of Evina is her shielding Dorka's eyes from her wrist injury so as not to further upset her. It was a moment of sincere caring for another human being (and teammate) we don't see often enough.

Gabby had Kia Nurse who was arguably the toughest player on the team given her hockey pedigree.

Seems to me UCONN fans tolerated similar behavior from Diana. Let's not be hypocritical. Want to do something about it, then find a way to defend her.

SS for sure, but no HM for Kaitlyn? 14 points on 5/9 shooting with 3/5 from the arc...and 7 assists with 0 TO. Probably her best game so far.

I don't think Geno brings Chen to UCONN to sit on the bench. She is a proven player and the season is young. Reminds me of Kia Nurse as a Freshman supplanting Saniya Chong, a popular Sophomore (if I recall correctly) and prolific scorer, as a starter three games into the season. The naysayers...

Once again. Dallas loses and Lou sits. Didn't even get the 20 seconds she got last game.

Would love to know what's going on down there in Dallas with Lou. Something doesn't seem right (an understatement).

What about Chen?

My recollection is that Lou had a very good mid-range jumper while at UCONN and would drive to the basket when the opportunity presented itself. I thought her defense improved as well. When she played for Zabiny Brno she often looked like the best player on the floor, which wasn't saying that...
