As someone who sits in the section behind the UConn bench at both venues my opinion is the people are still the same as they have always been. And they are people who cheer and stand. The issue is everyone is now spread out and tons of empty rows/seats divide us. It's just not the same feeling...
Are there any fans on here or that you know of that got priced out and didn't buy season tickets? I personally don't think the empty seats and bad crowds at both venues are 100% because of this. In fact I don't think most of the empty seats are owned by season ticket holders/donors
I agree but at the same time the program still isn't in a spot where people are gonna travel for a mid/lower level bowl game in FL or NC or wherever sadly
Fenway was great last year. ACC opponent, easy for UConn fans to get to. But this year it kinda feels like a step back. Will go regardless but was hoping this time for a trip somewhere else
