Mullins was a bit rough on D in the first half and didn’t like the touch fouls from us (Reed’s 4th was incredibly frustrating). Didn’t like letting Illinois back in like BYU. Good win, rest up for KU.

Fouls - fixable. Struggles with pressure - fixable. Not running offense for like 10 minutes - fixable. I was hoping to see us go for the kill halfway through the second but now I'm just happy with the win. What a change of emotions.

Came here to point this out too after reading the article. If a UConn freshman has a Kon-like skillset, its Furphy. Mullins oozes 3&D potential. I love this class - Furphy, Reibe and Mullins will all find their way into the NBA.

I always love it when UConn fans crap on programs that are good every year because they don’t finish strong in the tournament. UConn produces a solid team every few years and they always seem to fall backwards into the Final Four. Making it that far is really hard and only 4 teams get to do...
