To the game: Monday's loss has refocused us and convinced Dawn to stop trying to force the ball inside when it isn't there. Our outside shooting tonight is much improved and A'ja hit the first attempted 3 of her career. Are you guys playing tonight?

So ranked Georgia is now at 5-7 in SEC after loss tonight. But yeah, they are somehow deserving.

Still some games left to be played. I could see both Georgia and LSU missing out if the rest of their season does not go their way. Would be funny to see the SEC with only 5 teams in...

LSU is 14-10 overall. They did have a good win over Kentucky but other than that, pretty dreadful with losses to Tulane (yep), UALR, Santa Clara and Long Beach State. Hard to see where a resume like that gets them in - I think they have a lot of work left to do. But I'm clearly no expert on the NCAA bids so who the heck knows??

UGA is 17-10 but is reeling with 5 losses in a row and a loss to a dreadful Florida team last time out.
