yes he would be more Joey C. Hausen is really a designated 3 point shooter and that's it. 160 of his 176 FG attempts were from 3. He isn't really a good defender, nor does he rebound, or pass all that well.

I wouldn't mind if became a UConn Husky, however. He will be better in this Husky offense than whatever Neptune was running over at Nova.

Under 40% on a team with a crappy offense and no great scorers who can help take the focus off of him. He can shoot it and shooters become very important in this offense. I’d take him without hesitation.

The staff runs a pretty buttoned up operation. I’m assuming they had back office drones assembling portfolios on potential portals once the portal opened. They probably already have a good idea of what the math is on open spots. Who returns will determine what type of portal applicants they’ll go after.

I mean Cam was in his 5th year here. No one would expect Hausen to come into his 3rd year and have that level of expertise. But if the staff thinks they can turn him into 80% of Cam in Year 1 here and 90% of Cam in Year 2 here its a home run

Ball should be able to D up and switch on a lot of guys with his wingspan. Another summer working on his technique should help.

I'm completely on board with bringing in Hausen after watching this video. The mother f'er didn't miss a single 3 pointer in 2.5 minutes of launching them up. Probably made like 50 in a row. We need him in that Joey California role where he's getting around 15 mins/game off the bench.

Hawk was 38% on volume and he delivered in key moments. I would expect Hansen to be more like Joey C.

Joey Cs biggest shortcoming was his body. If he was Hausens size he would have had a shot at the NBA. So if Hausen is a 6’4 Joey. Sign me up.
