A complete coward and an animal. Using a chain and beating her over the entire summer while his mother allowed it is a crime of the highest order and I pray that they keep this animal locked up so he can't do anything of this nature to anybody else. His mother...is equally culpable she enabled his despicable behavior and her observing and condoning his behavior makes her an accomplice.

Hard to conceive of this kind of evil- hard to believe a person(animal) like this can actually be rehabilitated. That poor girl. Punishment should be him beaten the same way every day of his life until his last breath. I'm an "eye for an eye" guy- Old Testament all the way!!!!!
