I don't really root for our transfers, and I think Vance and dad were part of KO's downfall in poisoning the atmosphere (even if that downfall was inevitable and his fault) more so than the other transfers.

That being said, what's the harm in him declaring unless he hires an agent? He can enter his name and withdraw as often as he wants.
