I’m surprised it’s only a 6 pt game at half. I’m shocked Purdue didn’t get into the bonus. Burns with 2 thanks to his brain dead play on Smith at mid court otherwise no foul trouble for State. Thought it was gonna get out of hand 2 or 3 different times but credit to State.

The issue for Purdue is what if we don't overplay him? Can the rest of their add-ons beat ours? I don't think so but we gotta win tonight.

Randolph Childress did mention Purdue's guards were gonna have issues with NC State's guards because they strap up, hopefully they ramp up the pressure as the game goes on

Purdue is Edey, Smith, and a bunch of guys. They tend to look much better because Edey draws so much attention and then get a ton of space and wide open shots most games.

I miss Final Fours in basketball arenas, but those days are long gone.

At least in 1999 and 2004 the arenas were only about 40,000 seats. Not 75,000 like State Farm Arena. Even lots of those lower level seats look like they're a mile away from the court.

The less the chat is open the better.

Maybe the chat should be open during big non-sports events through the year. Like the grammys or the presidential debates. It would be thoughtful and even-handed
