Someone else's idea, but what the hell. It's better than getting than running last thread up to 1,000 pages.

Warriors in 6. Discuss.

EDIT: it was @Scoe's suggestion

I'm gonna go with Golden State but I'm not sure on the number of games. Let's say in 5, just to be different. 7 games would be more exciting though.
Anyways, I figure that San Francisco has pretty good sourdough pizza. What kind of pizza does Cleveland have? Nothing anybody cares about.

Interesting take on the Pizza factor. Never tried either. I might never actually go to Cleveland in my life, so that will remain a mystery from this vantage point.

I'll say Cavs in 6, more of a hope.

Key to me is Cavs' 2nd unit, can Williams, Korver, Frye do damage

Other key is Tristian Thompson and can he extend possessions

I think it comes down to Klay, he at times, could be a top 3-5 type player and others gets lost

It can be argued that the Cavs are Connecticut's team. The Western Reserve of Connecticut included Cleveland and all of NE Ohio. I never realized it until a few years ago, but if you look at a map of Ohio, there are towns all over northeastern Ohio named after their Connecticut counterparts. There's a Bristol, Fairfield, Hartford, Berlin, Stamford, almost any town you can name in Connecticut has a sister town in NE Ohio. We sold it to them after Ohio became a state in the early 1800's. Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland is a vestige of Connecticut's Western Reserve. I think we also almost went to war with Pennsylvania over a chunk of NE PA.

Cavs in 6.

Cavs seemed built for a series better than GS to me.

Of course there's a reason I'm posting on a message board and not rolling in gambling wins.

The revenge factor really makes me think GS, but I can't bet against Lebron, the Cavs were my preseason pick so ill go with what I wanna see and thats Cavs in 7. There is definitely more pressure on GS Curry and Durant specifically then Lebron.

5 players in this game have their own signature shoe line out of like 9 total signature shoe lines. This is a lot of fun to watch and this series is worth the mediocrity of the playoffs so far.

Aaaaaand before that crazy Kyrie 4-point play and a total defensive breakdown allowing a wide open Shumpert 3 the Cavs had scored 6 points.

Not gonna cut it.

Golden State should be up by a lot more. They have way more options than Cleveland does, but they have blown a ton of layups. That's the type of stuff that can come back to haunt a team. First five mins of this second half are key in my opinion because if the Warriors start hitting, they can run a team out quickly.

Currys bread and butter is going out of bounds then being the first to recieve the ball. How many times did we have that called against us this year?

This should be a 30 point game. The Warriors are leaving the door open just a bit.

Warriors are up by 18, and could be up more. LeBron has 25 and 15. Irving 17, Love 11.

Not good.

It's only game one, but if Klay could hit a basket, wow.

Cavs big 3 are playing about as well as you can reasonably expect, Klay is crapping the bed, and Draymond has hardly been involved offensively yet the Cavs still can't hang with this Dubs team. Scary.

Curry is ridiculous. Grabs the rebound, runs down, pops a quick 3. Money.
