2. UConn beat Memphis not once not twice but thee times this year - maybe their staff should be watching UConn !!!!
Its all about matchups - Memphis didn't beat Louisville because they effectively attacked the zone, they won because for over 1/2 the game they had 4 guys who could handle the ball and diffused the Lville preassure
I am happy Memphis is playing well

Anyhow, this whole idea of us sucking against the zone is way overblown at this point. We had some trouble with it at the beginning of the year, but aside from Louisville - who is clearly not a good case point - when have we struggled with it? Teams like SMU and Cincinnati were just as effective against us as Louisville and they did it with solely man-to-man defense. The fact that Memphis beat Louisville has nothing to do with their attack against the zone, they beat Louisville because they're a lot bigger than us and have the ability to trot out two big lineups.

Memphis has maintained a 6-8 point cushion with under 10m to do. Just need to play smart ball down the stretch. Would be interesting to see what they can do against VA.

Memphis doing what they do best. Hopefully they don't try to shorten the game and get away from what this group does very well. If they play VA, they will be tested to make baskets from half court sets. Crawford will need to shoot lights out for them to win.

I would sign up for meeting #4 in a heartbeat as it means worst case scenario we make the regional final and a conference mate lands in the final four, best case, we are in the final four.

Memphis needs to realize that their lead is quite tenuous and stop with the stall.
