Would this indicate they aren't picking a noon start ?

If we beat Maryland, then this game will get a little bit of hype. Possibly as a trap game.

Possible options are Noon, 3:30, or like an 7:00-8:00 start ?

I'd say its 80% chance 12 PM ABC, 20% its 8 PM ABC.

Main "competition" for the late kick is Texas-K State.

The idea of Michigan @ UConn on ABC at 8 PM is awesome, as much as the program is in the dumps right now.

Not sure this game should be played when impressionable youngsters are still up.

I agree ZLS. Let's just hope Uconn's record is 1-1 going into that game.

It might be even more simple:

win, 8pm.
lose, noon.

Wouldn't shock me at all...

StubHub has been advertising the start time for a while now. This oddly enough was at the bottom of the page. Do they know something UConn does not?

The following is from the B10 Blog (Adam Rittenberg). Looks like we can rule out 3:30. I'm hoping for a game under the lights...

The league office on Monday announced kickoff times and TV plans for Sept. 21 (Week 4) games around the league.

Details for Michigan's game at Connecticut won't be announced until next Monday, as the American Athletic Conference, which controls the game, will exercise a six-day pick. The American tells me the game will either kick off at noon ET or 8 p.m. ET, and be televised by ABC or ESPN. Final plans will be announced after Saturday's games.

If the game was at 8 on abc wouldn't that mean we would be college game day?

I doubt they'll want to showcase Michigan 3x in one year for Gameday (pretty sure that Michigan - OSU will be in it) - pretty sure it'll be Auburn @ LSU that week

Nope. Remember when Brent and Herbie did UConn @ Cincy in primetime a few years ago? Wasn't the gameday site. They get Herbie a jet.

Gameday at Rentschler would be great. Gates open at 4... No one would be allowed to attend.

I haven't looked but how could Gameday be anywhere but Bama/aTm.

That's this week. Next week is still TBD. Looking at the schedule i'd guess LSU/Auburn is going to be the most likely candidate but hey a win this week and you never know- maybe ESPN decides to celebrate a top 10 team coming into its home state. (yes i know it has a .00000001% chance of happening)
