College Teams Draft

this is the first great thing i have seen on the cuse board in a while. props to them. so i read what they were doing for fun and i figured it was time for us to play, but i'm going to change the rules a bit.

1) 3 other guys here have to play, as i am in and can't wait to drop some slashes in due time.
2) fball is most important followed by tv markets, bball, academics, regional rivals/map then other sports and other stuff...
3) we will each start out with our first pick being a name for our conf and a first school.
4) picks will roatate round by round 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1-1-2-3-4......
5) when u pick a school give a quick why....
6) the goal is who gets the best 16 team conf. for the 4 team bcs playoff. the fans will pick the winner...
7) there are 17 rounds in this draft, u must pick 16 teams and 1 commish(can be any human or alien).
8) if its been days and no sign of life from a drafter, then a sub will be put in. i expect there to be times when guys can't get on here for hours/half days at a time, thats fine, this will play out over several days. no rush or hate about that. the 4 guys playing all seem to be on here enough for this easily...

so who else wants to play? the rest of the board who isn't 1 of the 4 can chime in whenever with hate/love and when the 4 conf's are picked the rest of the BY will be the judge for the winner. the winner that is picked in the end of this thread must have his first post in this thread "liked" by every one that replys to this thread(for some of u this is a huge prize, i kid i kid)...

if this gets good and ppl enjoy it, we can get 4 more in and do the next 4 best confs who will bitch and moan for the playoff to goto 8 teams for the bcs with bids etc....

BL i asume this game is to childish for u and u will be a viewer? am i correct? if so, since you were the 1st to reply, when we have 4 guys ready to draft, you will pick the draft order for the 1st round. consider yourself honored.

as soon as we have 4 guys and the order is picked it will start. it can last a day or 10 days depending on how quick it goes. when ever ppl are on they can make there picks as long as it there turn. its for fun and i think ppl will enjoy it.

i should add a rule, if u pick out of turn at any point........maybe something like the person u skipped can trade 1-1 with any team u have picked for one of his teams. just to stir it up lol.

you can start anywhere and go from there. nelson can play and create a #BH conf if he wants, heck carl can play and create the yankee conf lol. i figure that the first couple picks ppl will grab schools like nd, texas, florida, usc, bama, michigan etc...your in. we need 2 more players now.
