No. He just doesn't appreciate that 90% of the job of head coach is bringing in tough-minded guys like himself and getting them to buy in.

KO was fine when handed guys like that. He just has no idea how to find them himself and get them to believe in his coaching.

What we see on the court reflects the efficacy of his coaching.

Vital's shot selection is awful. Either KO doesn't tell him to knock it off, or he does and Vital ignores it and suffers no consequences. Either way it's ineffective or non-existent coaching.

While you're not wrong, you do have to have some bodies. You gotta admit he's pretty limited options-wise in the back court. It's Jalen, Vital, and Anderson. There's only so many lessons to go around between 3 guys for 2-3 spots.
