Diaco was LB/ST coach.....probably had very little daily interaction with Rock since he was OC.

No, but he had a great view of the offense every game.

I know that..Metsfan said Rock was Diaco's boss..just was pointing out that not only did Diaco not directly work for Rick...but didn't have a whole lot of interaction with him during the week because they coached on opposite sides of the ball.

Some of these job postings are comical. They might as well say, "The candidate should preferably have brown hair and have a last name that rhymes with 'Nerman'." At least I feel good about the fact that it seems that Diaco has his team ready to go (for the most part). That will help us as we come down the stretch in a crucial recruiting period...

God damn the boneyard is impressive. All you need to do, is find that list going back five years, and our next OC is going to be in there - it seems!

I looked at that list , did a little searching and landed on Tom Herman. Ohio and Texas baby. Bring em to Connecticut.

I like this game.
Holy Crap! Could it be the most concise Spack-man post in BY history? Good stuff....

Saw Charlie Molnar jogging at UMASS yesterday. He had some good offenses at Cinci and ND. I'm not hoping for him but did coach with Bobby D

DL and Recruiting Coach? I would love to see Sean Spencer from Vanderbilt. Great recruiter and coach. From New Haven.

I had figured him for the OC spot that's why I posted the wiki link previously...BUT the QB coach description fits his career to a T

Could there be a better name for an OC than "Chuck Long"?

He was a disaster as HC at San Diego State. It's a tough job but he did worse than the guys before or after him.

Has he been out of college coaching recently?

I'm not trying to be negative, just wondering if someone can correct me here.

Has Chuck Long does anything well since his final years at Oklahoma 8-9 years ago?
