Just an observation. Profile says Pro-Style quarterback. He doesn't seem to match the skill sets of Shirreffs and Davis. If the offense is moving in a different direction, it would appear he isn't really a fit. Just my opinion.

Did you look at his any video or did you make that conclusion based off of his Rivals profile? I looked at his video and he definitely is not a pro-style QB. Rivals isn't always accurate with their assessments.

Riley Wilson - Only has interest from FCS schools but has the size that the staff seems to love (6'5", 210 lbs). Transfered from a 10-0 to a 0-10 school in the offseason in order to receive more playing time. This year, led that team to a 7-3 record as well as winning a playoff game.

He had a 5 yard and a 10 yard run, that doesn't make him a runner or a dual-threat QB. But, to each his own.

I admit I only looked at O'Connor's ESPN profile and saw the 5.15 40-yard dash time. Clearly it was wrong. He can run. We should get him if we can.

#UConn was in to see @VBFootball QB @Carter_Stanley. #Huskies trying to get him on a visit. U of Tennessee at Martin also showing interest.

Carter Stanley. 6'2" 188 lbs from Vero Beach, FL. Vero Beach High School. Can't find any more info on him.

I live in Vero Beach, haven't made it to any games (I think that will have to change next fall), but there HS team is always very good. We hold their booster golf tournament every year at the club where I work. They had a kid starting at LB for Notre Dame when they went to National Championship game. Must have just missed Diaco. Pretty cool he was in my own back yard.

I admit I only looked at O'Connor's ESPN profile and saw the 5.15 40-yard dash time. Clearly it was wrong. He can run. We should get him if we can.

If that's what 5.15 looks like then I must run about a 9.3! Offense does look very similar. Stanley from VB looks a lot like Whitmer.
