It’s not ideal but he fills the role of floor spacer when Alex is on the bench. I also think he might simply beat out Abraham with his experience. Plus you can always move Stewart down to the 4 defensively and have Ross play the guard/wing role offensively.

I don't see it that way. It means no more additions, but it doesn't necessarily mean Karaban is gone. All in all, I respect this decision as it is the best move to increase the odds to minimize who on our roster hits the portal.

I feel like McNeeley and Stewart should be swapped. You would want the more athletic guy on the wing, no? Also, I would be pretty surprised if Mahaney doesn't start over Ball.
