Weekly Recruiting Update, 7/1/13

Class of 2014:
Josh Perkins
(PG): UConn, Gonzaga, UCLA, USC, and Kentucky are the main schools recruiting him. Per himself. He was going to visit this past weekend but he got a little injured and decided to rest. He is now going to visit UConn and Kentucky in August. Per Adam Zagoria. He’s going to commit August 25th which is his birthday. Per himself. He is unofficially visiting UCLA this upcoming week to meet with the new staff. Per Adam Zagoria.
Kelly Oubre (SF): In an article he told SLAM Magazine that UConn and Louisville are now recruiting him the hardest. Per SLAM Magazine.
Jordan McLaughlin (PG): His list contains UConn, San Diego State, UCLA, USC, Gonzaga,UNLV, Indiana and Kansas. Per Rivals. He plans on officially visiting all of the east coast schools left on his list this fall then he’s going to narrow his list and commit. Per himself.
Kaleb Joseph (PG): He has a top five of UConn, Boston College, Providence, West Virginia, and Arizona. He is not down to those five only but they are above the rest of the schools recruiting him. Per 247sports.
Brandone Francis (SG): He committed to Florida. Had named UConn as recruiting him the hardest within the past few weeks but he’s liked Florida a lot all along.
Wade Baldwin (SG) and Quadri Moore (C): They are high school teammates who are both receiving good interest from the staff. Per Adam Zagoria.

Class of 2015:
Franklin Howard
(SG): During an interview he listed his offers and UConn was included with a bunch of other schools. Per Corey Pegram.
Noah Dickerson (PF): He received an offer from UConn early last week then picked up an offer from Georgetown later in the week. Per himself
