A bunch of things needed to go right for Duke to win that game and for UCF to lose that game. You finish an easy fast break and it's over, you box out and it's over, you make the tip lay in and it's over. Ugh.
That hurts. UCF had their chances. Refs helped Duke a lot in the end, let Zion get away with the push-off on the drive and then the obvious shove in the back by Barrett for the game-winning O-board and put-back.
