Stubblefield will get DePaul back to some high quality ball. They are ahead of schedule right now. Don’t get fooled by DePaul’s record, they are a tough win. You won’t see too many blowouts against them if you look at their games
 
I would love to see DePaul rise again the way Houston has, it would be great for the conference. Stubblefield seems to be legit.

They're 109 in KenPom and 112 in NET this year, so not a punching bag. If they can consistently be a top-100 team, that would be great for the conference. Hopefully Georgetown and Butler can get back to some of their past performance as well too.
 
It's a big if, but IF Javon Freeman-Liberty uses his extra year of eligibility then DePaul could be very good next year.

He would be the fifth year stud, Jalen Terry and David Jones would be juniors and Cruz would be a heck of a 2 guard/wing off the bench.

I think if depaul was in the ACC this year they would be a 5/6 seed in their conference tournament and would be on the bubble

Mintz was speculated as the "pretty good recruit" visiting Syracuse during a tweeted excerpt of Boeheim expressing displeasure when he was asked if he was going to retire.

No relation to the great Uri Cohen-Mintz, I presume. Perhaps someone who hasn't been banned can go visit syracusefan and invite them to come to MSG to cheer on the local Huskies.

I mean if this is true, this is pretty close to all time low for Cuse. They got pretty melty about Hurley winning a couple of head-to-head recruiting battles... but DePaul?!

two 4*s already commiting to DePaul is great for Coach S and for the NBE
