Chappelle was making those Michael Jackson jokes 20 years ago. I don't get the appeal of Carmichael.

a) not that specific joke
b) i'm surprised you don't care for Carmichael. His writing and joke construction is intelligent, subtle, and actually very much like Chappelle's in that he looks like he's making one point while really making another.
