Yikes! Are UConn WBB Player Suspensions Pending?

Our entire team is caught on camera using a Twitter Mirror. What's a coach to do? Suspend players? Suspend the Asst. Coaches (they look nervous off to the side). Is this the beginning of the end for UConn WBB social media decorum? Or could this medium become a dynamic new recruiting tool?

Everyone JUDGES--it's called discrimination or in our youth--picking and choosing--it's how the species survive. It's not judging or discrimination that's the culprit--it's bigotry, ignorance, --people who judge or discriminate usually are intelligent enough (less ignorance) to not be bigots. Once you get to know a man--it becomes hard to hate him... (no specialist, just me)

I suspect it is a sanctioned activity of the American Athletic Conference with a little marketing bonus from Twitter - so it being 'official' sort of takes the Uconn coaches rules out of play. The mirrors are the property of Twitter and distributed for special events.

I had thought UConn banned all social media...until yesterday I noticed Stewart is on instagram and has recent posts. Then, I checked and KLS and Tuck are also active on instagram.

A twitter picture is no big deal when the whole team is on instagram!

Also, I'm thinking that just the fact that it exists, the ladies are aware it exists for a reason which is reason enough for them to be careful on all other postings. Seems to work.
