Since my head has mostly cleared up, I've created version 2.5 of the blank spreadsheet, in case anyone's playing along at home.

Also found a few spreadsheets from the 2006-7, 2007-8, 2008-9, 2011-12 seasons. A couple of them are not complete seasons. They've been uploaded and added to the download index list.
