I used to drink 7 and 7's when I was younger. But I soon discovered that the sugar is what kicks your butt the next day. Better to drink it straight up or with water. Crown Royal Manhattans are another great drink which this thread reminded me.

Funny but in Key West is where you can find Ernest Hemingway's house and in that he was known for drink recipes that reduced the sugar so no headache.
