Yale Cracks FCS top 25

2 CT teams in the fcs top 25. UNH has their sights on moving up. Give them time and you might see them in there as well.

UNH has been in and out of the top 25 all season... Or do you mean New Haven?

Impossible, Northeast football is a desert of recruiting talent

Yeah...how has North Dakota State maintained #1 status in FCS classes.....out on the vast plains. Prairie dogs, yes...but recruits?

I guess you missed the class on sarcasm

So they can’t even sell out the Harvard/Yale game? That has to be pretty disappointing for the players.

Its already 5K more +/- and looking like it will be 20k more fans than if it was a sell out @ Harvard.

I’m sure the players will be fine playing in front of the largest crowd the overwhelming vast majority of them will ever play in front of.

The players might be OK with it, but I have to believe that there will be some disappointment if they cant sell out the game against a Harvard when they are sitting with a 8-1 record.

Yale was 8-1 entering the game they won two years ago @ the Bowl and there were 51k there. The days of 70k+ are long gone (especially since the Bowl only seats under 62k these days).

The fact that it only seats 62K is why it was so surprising that it wasn’t a sell out.

Meanwhile I’m expecting to be one of the select few (we thinking 4 figures?) in East Hartford tomorrow.

Wow that was killer!! My pops finger prints are all over that video
Thanks for forwarding that,it brought a tear to my eye, lots of memories from my youth in there, I remember I was about 7 and got freaked out on the field with the amount of people and noise, Cozza who was close with my dad and uncle had me hang with coaching staff during the game.
