I won some tickets through Mohegan Sun last year and couldn't attend. My brother was able to attend and the seats were floor seats(best seats I would have had and of course I was out of state). I don't know if these are the same seats you will get but it also included access to a pregame buffet with drinks included.
They were VIP COURT-SIDE seats!!!! Pregame buffet and free drinks just like you said!!! I wish I hadn't gone to Woody's before the game for a hotdog and a few beers with the girlfriend.
I had no idea where the seats were. Called XL ticket office, they didn't know. I called Mohegan, they didn't know.
Only realized where the seats were once I got handed the VIP courtside passes at will-call.
Warde Manuel was down there in the VIP room with everyone. I was under-dressed in my Kemba jersey, everyone else was wearing suits and button-ups.
Once I got court-side, I was the only enthusiastic person there. Everyone else sat quietly observing while was I jumping up and clapping and yelling at good plays.
WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! I had never been court-side at any game ever. Only ever been in the student section or lower-bowl general tix in XL.
The best part was I could actually yell at the refs and know that they heard me versus me pointlessly yelling at my TV. Great to see the players right in front of me. Definitely an experience I won't forget. Way to go Mohegan!
