xl center - Risers

So the last couple home games I've had luck getting tickets at the window in the risers on game day. are these only sold at the ticket window? I've looked online and never seem to have any luck...

I'm not sure, but I think those seats are for groups and promotions and the like. They probably get released late if not used.
