Our offensive rebounding( 14 ) was a big factor in tonight’s win with a number of second chance possession's and points.

Also, great OT coaching by Hurley switching McNeeley and Ross for offensive and defensive possessions. Ross shut down Maddox in OT.

Nothing negative to take from that. A 30% bench guy going nuclear with circus threes is pure luck. Loved how the team responded.

Another exciting game. Great contribution from everyone who played. What a block by Karaban. Love the foul shooting. The improvement of Singare has been impressive. I think he’s proving he deserves a few minutes every game for his development as well as allowing the other two bigs to play without worrying about fouls. In the first half he was 2 for 2, and his shot did not look that bad. Two rebounds and only one foul.

I actually don’t think the defense was that bad. Xavier was making some highly contested and nearly impossible shots.

Great to get the win. Little worried about only getting 6 points from the bench but feel like that will fix itself once we get Samson back

I was actually fine with them for most of the game. But the last like 5 minutes of reg through OT was one of the worst stretches of refereeing I’ve seen in a long time.

What a miserable product some of these basketball games have been this year. Sometimes I wonder why coaches don't get together after a game like this and stand as a united front before the Big East and ask what the heck is going on with the state of officiating in this sport.

We did no favors for ourselves in Maui, it came Down to Liam’s over the back calls…but today….I truly thought I was watching HS JV refs the final 6 minutes+OT

I'm expecting Reed to abuse alot of these Big East frontcourts, outside of like 2-3 teams I don't really see how they're gonna match up with his size and touch around the rim

Wow Diarra a 11 assists and 1 turnover and great D. He needs someone to help him run the offense. He is going to tire down. Nowell has to play. Loved that Karaban came alive at the end and into OT. He needs to be more consistent and I love his blocks. I love having an inside guy who can score in Reed. D is still suspect but this team is coming around and won a big game against a great shooting team in Xavier.

Ross very solid minutes – learning his role, defense and rebounding. Did he block that 3 pointer from Conwell with 10:40 left in the first? He blocked another 3 in the second.

Post defense was money

Refs call 2 hand checks, but then McNeeley gets thrown on the floor and you miss that???

What would we do without Hass?

Other teams might have fallen apart in the face of that otherworldly shooting and ref show. That showed real toughness and maturity for a lot of new pieces.
