I watched the last ten minutes on ESPN2. WVU gave it to them on a silver platter probably because the game was at LSU.

I'm afraid they're just fodder for the Louisville Cards this weekend.

Why is there a tendancy here to blame the coach when a team does not perform well? Why not just give the other team credit for playing better? Maybe fatigue was a factor. Maybe LSU packed the paint and denied the ball inside. Maybe Wes Virginia shot 30% from the field and would have been very fortunate to advance tot he next round.

I kind of blame the Texas coach for yesterday's loss. She only played Krystal Henderson and Empress Davenport 24 minutes each and they were both much more productive than Brady Sanders, who forced a lot of shots and went 1-10 from the field. Sanders should have been riding the pine most of the game. Brianna Taylor also looked to be much better equipped to handle the Maryland athleticism and only got 7 minutes. It sure looked like a misuse of personnel.
