make no mistake, the alpha husky likes to have fun, but he is all beezwax

his pack leadership is always on display, covertly or overtly

his foot has been on the throat of many an upstart

the following have learned their place under the dominance of jonathan & at this point have been spared

they dare not make eye contact with the champ for they fear the growl &/or especially the hissing howl >

these know & never forget they have been warned: byu, southern il, Utah state, Clemson, Baylor, Houston, wv, st joe, Stanford, Nebraska, Alabama, Xavier, iowa, Memphis, va tech, wake forest, tn, purdue, Oklahoma, Illinois, Nevada, texas a & m, s Carolina, chaminade, lasalle, vandy, w Kentucky, lsu, Miami, rutgals, Michigan, Utah, fl state, iowa state, temple, tcu, st bona, Tulsa, marq, ncstate, Virginia, cal, Washington, vcu, az state, rice

No capitalization in text, combined with random capitalization in the list of schools, and of course, no periods.

Seems like a cupcake list. Not sure what the point is. Never really sure what chap's point is, but this one seems particularly aimless.

And covertly on display seems like an oxymoron.

I'll try...

UConn is the "alpha" dog of college basketball and in addition to the traditional heavyweights we have taken down (previous Chip post), we have also knocked down would be "upstart" programs during our reign.

Alas, I have reached my breaking point. Ignore.

But why can't he just say that?

English not is initial speech of communication. 2nd or 3rd not possible.
Google Translation in exploitation on voluminous strands at beginning.

Put another way:

I still think it's great. It's like a riddle to start off the day...

Same. It was funny at first but then it got old and now he's just annoying.
I don't know. All the OP does is post initial threads. He rarely contributes to an already created thread. I don't think there is any need to ignore him. Just don't click on any of the threads he creates. JMO.

Maybe, aside from running his posts through Google Translate, he keeps on doing Ice Bucket Challenges prior to posting and the shivering makes him type like he talks. I'd like to think he's raised a lot of money for ALS research.

Division II school in Hawaii. You are on notice.

Absolutely not.
Imagine a woman who is a wearing a v-cut dress that, when she bends over slightly, reveals deep cleavage, at the correct viewing angle. Covertly on display.

Nope. The phrase on display insinuates that she's got'em hanging out there for all the world to see.

co·vert
adjective
ˈkōvərt,kōˈvərt,ˈkəvərt/
  1. 1.
    not openly acknowledged or displayed.

Please (and I mean this in the most innocent, least creepy, Seinfeldian manner)!!!! Girls may not be aware, but 98.42% of the time, women are fully aware when their cleavage is or is not on display. There is nothing covert about it. That said, it invites a glance and only a glance. Nothing more.

Imagine you are out at a bar with a girl, maybe it's a second date and she's a little tipsy. She leans in a little bit towards you giving you a nice glimpse of her cleavage but not allowing others in the bar to see. I think that qualifies as covertly on display.
