I can think of only a few examples of coaches who have coached at the same place twice; Johnny Majors (Pitt) and Bobby Petrino (Louisville). So, would you?

I would let him back after Diaco's success leads him to a more high-profile school.

If he had left more gracefully, maybe. If we end up in a Power 5 someday and the program has taken off, maybe 10 years down the road, I wouldn't mind an award or minor monument named after him, though.

IF we were in the market for a coach, AND we swung and missed on our first two choices, then yes.

Yeah I meant if Bob Diaco left. I would hope a second coming for Randy "Edsall" meant a deeper sense of loyalty the second time around. His dream job at Maryland did not work out so good.

There is literally no scenario on earth where Edsall would be back. Bye Felicia.

Absolutely, he's the best coach we've ever had, led us to tons of success, and can recruit the area.

No, Even before he left, I had felt that he had taken us as far as he could and we needed a new coach. Therefore, I would not want him back at UConn.
