And it had nothing to do with losing against Creighton. This team looked like the best team in November all the way through April

Certain losses if you can learn from them are the best thing that can ever happen to a team. You better believe they learned a lot in the creighton loss, and probably helped their 3 point defense in the final 4.

Playing at Allen Fieldhouse in that environment? Pays dividends.
