Worse game in a long time

I am trying to think of lopsided wins that compare to this one....excluding "mid majors" of course.

I remember Emeka and Ben going up to BC and thrashing the Eagles by 30 plus points....there was the game in Charlottsville where the Huskies manhandled UVA...Seton Hall on the road where we could not miss from 3 (thank you Rashad Anderson).

There was that 50 point ass-whopping of North Carolina back in (circa) 2002?

I don't know if usf quit or they just suck. I do think it is embarrassing how uncompetitive several programs in the conference are.

I like wins as much as the next guy, but there shouldn't be so many cupcakes in the league schedule.

You're making this about the conference?

The last time UConn played USF, they lost.
The last time UConn played UCF before this year, they lost.
Temple was giving people fits in the NCAA tourney last year.
Rutgers was in the BE.
UConn actually lost to Houston this year. If anything, UConn would have appreciated less fight from them.

The bad play of those 5 teams is not due to the conference. Those teams have given people including UConn all they could handle recently.

We played fine but you can't even take anything away from that game to feel good about except a W. USF was awful and they quit early. It looked like UConn was playing a HS team. It is a shame for the conference that the game was on national TV. Nothing we can do about it when the other team quits so we take the W and look forward to Memphis.

Well Bazz, who has looked tired at the end of games, only played 18 minutes.

My takeaway was that we made them quit. How many times have we seen this team jump out to a big lead and then let up? This time they smelled blood and did not stop. Finally, some mental toughness.
