Oof. One of those days where consulting the list of previous solves (or having a better memory for them) would have really helped, since STAND and STAFF were already used. Also, STALK would have been a better guess than STACK.

I should've gone for TUTOR before TUMOR. TUMOR is a bit more grim than Wordle seems to prefer.

True. But, lately, so many double letters. I missed getting it in 2 for stall because I wanted to clear the k. And same for 3 instead of 4 today. I usually jump on the doubles (like I did with amass), but toned it down because couldn’t believe the puzzle master would continue doing it

Took a risk and doubled down on 'e' to start as hasn't been one in a week. Because 'hitch' was an option as the solve, had to use an elimination word to even get a six. Just a mess today.
