Stupid word

Crap word. I didn’t think they used adjectives derived by adding “er” or “est”. Maybe many aren’t five letters but I considered them out of bounds as a solution. Hence my 4th guess.

I think they've quietly expanded the list of possible Wordle solves. They recently renovated the Wordle Bot, and in general it lists more possibilities than it used to. RUDER, though, is a very rude word.

Parade of 3s this morning. Mine looks a lot like yours @8893. Identical letters even if the start word was different.

Ignored the E for the 2nd guess for some reason. If I hadn't done that, it definitely wouldn't have been a 3 today for me...

To be filed under: better to be lucky than good. My standard first guess, lucky second guess, and then prize came into my head before price, pride, gripe or tripe.

Goofed on third guess. Should have gone with an "ING" word in guess two.

Forgot to mention, yesterday was my 200th game, with streak at 104, and average solve of 4.02. Which is good and bad since all three of my busts were in first 100 games, but my average solve in that first 100 was comfortably under 4.
